Thales Agrees to €3.9 Billion Deal to Acquire Exail Technologies

Thales SA said it agreed to buy the Gorgé family’s 35.51% stake in Exail Technologies SA and intends to acquire the rest of the maritime robotics company via a mandatory tender offer.
